I don’t know what lake this was taken at but if you check this link you’ll see what is called a “Glory Hole.” NO, this is not a link to porn! Google Lake Berryessa and the Monicello Dam “Glory Hole”, I have a feeling that would be a similar hole you took the picture of. Pretty scarey stuff if you get to close… http://atlasobscura.com/place/monticello-dam
